Service content and scope
Through international routes and client connectivity, RqVPN provides cross-border access, access to international websites, and network transmission optimization. The service covers 110+ countries / 240+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Actual availability by region, route, and client entry point is based on the information shown on this site and in the user panel. Routes may change due to maintenance, network conditions, or upstream resource adjustments.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Users should verify the plan type, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method before purchase. A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. See the Refund Policy for applicable conditions and procedures.
Account and subscription rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for securely managing their login credentials, subscription links, and client import details, and are responsible for activity carried out under their account. If credentials appear compromised or subscription information may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Plans allow unlimited devices to be online at the same time, but this rule applies only to devices managed and used by the account holder. It does not permit public sharing of the account, subscription link, or traffic allowance. Users may not resell, rent, exchange, or publicly post subscription information, or provide the service to third parties through top-ups, distribution, or other means. The account holder is responsible for traffic consumption and access issues caused by shared credentials, resold subscriptions, or improper storage.
Lawful use requirements
When using RqVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location, the rules of the target service, and applicable network management requirements. Users may not use the service for illegal activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, commit fraud, conduct malicious attacks, distribute malware, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, or send large volumes of unsolicited information.
Users are solely responsible for content transmitted, accessed, or processed through their account. RqVPN provides network connectivity and route optimization; it does not determine the content users access or authorize their specific purposes. Whether third-party websites, applications, and content services are accessible, accept users from particular regions, or take action against an account is determined by the relevant third party.
Service availability and liability
RqVPN maintains its routes, user panel, and client entry points according to normal operating standards. However, network connectivity may be affected by the user's local network, device environment, carrier links, target service status, system maintenance, and events beyond reasonable control. As a result, connection performance for a particular route, region, or third-party service may vary at a given time.
If the service is temporarily interrupted because of scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, upstream service changes, or events beyond reasonable control, RqVPN will respond within a reasonable scope. RqVPN is not responsible for restrictions, rule changes, account decisions, or content changes made by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that must be assumed under applicable law or affects any rights available to users under the Refund Policy.
Account termination and changes to these terms
If an account is used unlawfully, to maliciously damage the service, resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, interfere with other users' normal connections, or evade reasonable security measures, RqVPN may restrict features, suspend connectivity, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. The service may display the relevant status in the user panel before or after taking action. Refund matters remain subject to the Refund Policy and applicable rules.
RqVPN may update these terms in response to service changes, compliance requirements, or operational processes. The updated text will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly. Material changes to users' rights or obligations may be announced on the site or shown in the user panel. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content. If users do not accept the changes, they may stop using the service and manage existing subscription matters through the user panel.
